Andre Vittorio, President
Andre has been at the helm of Idealogical since our inception, and has nurtured, developed and steadily grown the organization from its roots as a part-time small business to a full-time enterprise. His knowledge and experience in the Information Technology industry has made him a trusted resource, and a valued partner, in the strategic planning, systems integration and technological needs of many small to medium sized businesses in Southern Ontario.
In addition to his numerous industry Technical Certifications and accreditations, Andre studied Computer Science and History at the University of Toronto, and doesn’t miss an opportunity to further pursue his education in business and technology. Much of Andre’s technical training was accomplished while working for IBM, and later for Cadillac Fairview where he headed several technology projects in the area of Information Systems.
When not looking after the business, Andre is an avid and accomplished photographer, and loves travelling to different parts of the globe. He has an impressive portfolio of his own photographed images from several cities around the world.

Heather Forde, Help Desk Coordinator
Heather Forde is the voice and the “front line” of communication and Help Desk service for our clients. After an educational background in psychology and social sciences, she decided to make a career change and entered into the world of Information Technology in early 2008.
The Idealogical Help Desk responds to our clients via e-mail, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Heather has developed and maintained relationships with our network users, and forged a strong bond with our technical staff in order to effectively communicate the status of any reported issue. Heather is responsible for ensuring that all phases of Help Desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately.
Heather coordinates the scheduling for all Idealogical technicians and works closely with the entire Idealogical team in order to help guarantee our customers the kind of service they have come to expect. Heather also is responsible for service reviews, certain internal special projects and the management of our detailed client information database. Her excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users are critical to her success in this position.
Heather enjoys a number of pastimes including soccer (in which she was a former dedicated player), loves being a mom, and lives a "blessed life" with her husband and daughter.
