Andre Vittorio, President:
Andre has been at the helm of Idealogical since our inception, and has nurtured, developed and steadily grown the organization from its roots as a part-time small business to a full-time enterprise. His knowledge and experience in the Information Technology industry has made him a trusted resource, and a valued partner, in the strategic planning, systems integration and technological needs of many small to medium sized businesses in Southern Ontario. In addition to his numerous industry Technical Certifications and accreditations, Andre studied Computer Science and History at the University of Toronto, and doesn’t miss an opportunity to further pursue his education in business and technology. Much of Andre’s technical training was accomplished while working for IBM, and later for Cadillac Fairview where he headed several technology projects in the area of Information Systems. When not looking after the business, Andre is an avid and accomplished photographer, and loves traveling to different parts of the globe. He has an impressive portfolio of his own photographed images from several cities around the world.

Ada brings a wealth of small business experience to the Idealogical team, having spent over 9 years working closely with several large financial institutions (in small business lending and credit), including chartered banks and Industry Canada. She has consulted with small businesses, providing advice on finance, credit, and operations to many new and flourishing enterprises. With a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique business and technological needs of today’s small business, Ada is instrumental in providing our clients the understanding of just what it takes to manage all aspects of their operations, especially when considering the speed of today’s business technology. Ada’s personable approach to addressing the business needs of each client, from an applications standpoint, is the perfect complement to Idealogical’s technical expertise when assessing and implementing a client’s technological needs. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from York University and has over eleven years experience in the IT industry. Wayne’s responsibilities include project management, client support, and network development and management. Wayne is a commissioned Captain in the Canadian Armed Forces and is the former Commanding Officer of 778 Banshee Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. In addition to a life-long love of flying, self-avowed “adventure seeker” Wayne loves spending as much time as possible with his wife and daughter.

Alwyn is a familiar voice and face for several of our clients. Previously Idealogical’s Senior Support Consultant he has the confidence, seniority, as well as the warm and engaging personality to help ensure that client needs are being met and exceeded on every issue. He is a gifted communicator and an excellent problem solver, providing direction to the technicians and top notch support to our clientele. Alwyn brings his high level technical and soft skills to the position and will be responsible for overseeing the helpdesk staff to ensure customer satisfaction. As Idealogical continues to grow, his dedication to client care will maintain high service levels by helping to ensure that ‘no ticket is left behind’. Alwyn spends much of his free time with family, friends and his dog Zoe. He has recently taken a great interest in traveling abroad, and enjoys checking out current city events and sampling new cuisines. Lifelong Barrie, Ontario resident Denise Baxendale joined the Idealogical team in May 2008. Denise enrolled and obtained an education as a computer program analyst from Georgian College in Barrie. Prior to life as a dedicated and focused Resource Coordinator for Idealogical, Denise was a trained chef, having obtained an education in culinary arts. Denise is responsible for all the purchasing for both Idealogical and our customers. As a Project Coordinator, her duties include recommending hardware and software packages for clients, defining and implementing a standard system configuration and being the main liaison between Idealogical and our various business partners and vendors. She also is responsible for the registration, management, and renewal of client websites. During her free hours, Denise spends time outdoors with her family, hiking in the spring or summer and skiing in the winter months. She also has discovered a love for curling, and even though isn’t currently engaged as a professional chef, she still counts cooking as “a passion.

Darren joined the Idealogical team early in 2010, having previously worked in technical support in Sudbury, Ontario. He graduated from a three year Computer Engineering / Technology program at Cambrian College in 2008. Darren’s key role as an IT Manager is to visit the Logical Care clients in his area once a month and to support the helpdesk. Darren has shown great dedication in going above and beyond the call of duty to complete client projects, and serves as a champion for client needs when acting as a go-between with vendors. Bradley’s key responsibilities as IT Manager are to implement new client projects, to ensure client satisfaction during regular onsite visits and provide guidance and mentoring to helpdesk staff. Bradley’s favourite thing about working at Idealogical is “the dynamic workflow that keeps me running back for more.” Outside of work, Bradley enjoys spending time with his friends and family and his two dogs and two cats, and tries to get up to his cottage located near Sturgeon Falls whenever he can.

Having spent over a year living and working in Australia previously – and with friends spread throughout the world – Amanda has a great love of traveling, and has recently spent time in Panama, Puerto Rico and Florida with her daughter.

She is currently studying part time to obtain her CGA Certification to further expand her role. Prior to taking on the finance role, Norie attended Baking Chef School at George Brown College in Toronto and still enjoys baking and cooking in her spare time.
